Each Organization should be able to update certain settings.

• Choose/Create/Edit Printer Friendly Work Order Templates from existing list or make your own (HTML).
• Set/Edit Logo for Printer Friendly Work Order Templates.
• Set/Edit "Special Instructions" that appears on each of the Printer Friendly versions of work orders.
• Create & Save map views (e.g. unique combination of statuses, claimed by, etc.)
• Set/Update their organization profile (See #21)
• Request access to another Incident
• Request creation of a new Incident
• Add/edit Points of Contact.
• Link to edit their organization's Wiki pages.
• Link to CSV of other organizations' Points of Contact.

That's the only really important issue. The other issues (logos, special instructions, links, profile, wiki, MyMap, Layer, etc.) can wait. Once the CSV issue is fixed, I'll downgrade the importance of this issue.

Boy, we really do need a CSS person ASAP, eh? These forms are UGLY!
