In addition to a Test Incident to which everyone will have access (the test incident should be a demo that is reset once per day or something like that), some organizations will want to run drills.
Create a boolean property like isDrill, attached to the Incidents (or Events). If isDrill==TRUE, then the Incident will not appear in the primary login drop-down list, but will be accessible with a click.
