Added default login details to contributer guide #433

I had to hunt around for the default login info as I was going through the setup described here. Thought it might be helpful to have it listed here for convenience.

Also removed some trailing whitespace (mainly bc my editor does it automatically 😄).

Probably anybody could review this, but I'll tag @tsanders and @stamhankar999 as they've edited the CONTRIBUTING.md before.
