Fix translation files and yamllint errors #475

Hi,

This PR mainly aims to fix the unescaped quotes brought in in ef06f41866c41f2014138e045bc2eb80d4a09cc5, but while I was at it, I fixed some other typos and yaml-linted all YAML files (except node_modules)

The quotes were fixed in 5e5e0194d729d4727f99260ea20aeb76d752ac9a an hour ago. There are still some typos (duplicit keys etc.) in other translations. Do you want me to rebase the PR?

So sorry not to get back to you. And thank you for taking time to fix these errors. Here is the current status: As of this moment Crisis Cleanup: 1. Has no budget. 2. Has no development staff, and 3. is focusing all available energy on field response and developing version 3 (crisiscleanup-web). I literally have had no time to review the PR, and I don't have anyone available to do so.
