Description

  1. Integrate the Localizations PR to get rid of ~~. This should now read "Total Callers In Queue"
  2. This number should be the total number of people in all gateways in queue.
  3. This should be only callbacks. Make sure the filtering is working correctly on this link. Add "type" to this link. Same comment for "Remaining Calldowns."
  4. This should be Agents talking, either on an inbound or outbound call
  5. This should be Agents available, or agents sitting on their butts waiting for a call to come in
  6. Total People Waiting (English) + Total people Waiting (Spanish) = Total Callers in Queue + Remaining Callbacks + Remaining Calldowns (sum of #7).
