Online Now: Group by Organization; Use Profile Picture if Exists #853

Description

The list of users gets very long, especially now that we are using profile pictures. Please make the following changes to the "Online Now" section:

[x] Use the person's profile picture if it exists, rather than just the robot.
[x] Decrease the size of the profile picture to what Github uses, to decrease the line height.
[x] Group users by organization, with a down arrow. Clicking the organization name or arrow should expand a list of current users.
[x] Sort the organizations by name, A-Z
[x] Sort users by last name, A-Z

This looks mostly good, but for some reason the total number of online now has dropped dramatically, from like 25 to 1 or 2. It seems like the query is really struggling.
