Several Significant UI/UX Problems for Outbound Phone Calls #900

Description

Note: This is an outbound call. Inbound calls behave differently for some reason.

  1. BUG: The entire green section including "Suggested Script" does NOT appear unless there is also an "Existing Case." If there is no existing case, then you don't get to see the script or FAQ section.
  2. I clicked on the existing case, H479. It correctly opened on the right side in edit mode.
  3. BUG: However, when the case loaded in edit mode, it does NOT include any ability to edit work types. It will only scroll to the bottom of "Member of My Organization," and there is nothing else below it.
  4. BUG: This person called the Temple, Texas phone number. However, that incident was NOT automatically selected in the dropdown. See the dropdown, and compare that with the case number and address.
  5. BUG: The call timer does not work.
  6. BUG: The "Call Ended" indicator is inconsistent. When you first answer the call, it says "Call Ended." sometimes it works, and other times it does not.
  7. The FAQ section should probably be "Ask any question." Also, we should not call it "aarongpt" to volunteers. It should probably be "Crisis Cleanup." And finally, we need to fix the error.

  1. The modal should be, "Do not Save Case" (white button), "Edit Case" (white button), and "Save Case" (yellow button).
  2. BUG: When clicking "Edit Case," the "Save" button in the bottom-right does not work at all. Clicking it produces no activity.
  3. BUG: When clicking "Do not Save Case," the case saves and responds with a "Successfully Updated" toasted alert (see Screenshot 3)

FROM VOLUNTEERS When you are on a call and view the History window, it seems you cannot complete the call until you close that History window and go back to the case details window. I'm not positive about what happens behind the scenes in the database, but I don't see the "Case updated" status when I try to complete the call with the History window open.

Expected Behavior
