Beckon Finger emoji #379

Wechat/QQ #359 have a Beckon hand sign for jj that has no equivalent among existing Unicode emojis. It may have a creepy connotation (e.g. when associated with the witch from Hänsel and Gretel) or a seductive flair in an erotic context.
