File Cabinet #423

There are already emoji for file folders (U+1F4C1 and U+1F4C2) and card index (U+1F4C7), but no emoji for a file cabinet. The compression emoji (U+1F5DC) sometimes shows a file cabinet (as it is seen in the WinZip logo), but this is not the same.

The file cabinet emoji would be useful to depict a larger collection of files.

sorry, I just saw, it already exists as U+1F5C4
