Add kurdistan flag

Kurdistan is an independent region of Iraq and they have their own language which is ( Kurdish ) and their own flag

Some are symbols for a particular group of people or ideas, some for regions or territories that are not states, some for a place where personalities live, like the flag of Antarctica, and some for regions like the flag of the country itself, and Kurdistan is a region with its own language and flag, but it doesn't have a flag emoji.
