[Fabric 1.19.2] Very few structures #15

I have seen very few structures, they feel VERY rare. Something closer to vanilla would be nicer, though I too agree making them a bit rarer is a good move.

@Cristelknight999 is this related to large biomes? because this is also happening in Forge. (though, i'm pretty okay with this)
