This issue should have been fixed in ac13812d83347bf43f67985062fc6b810056f590. Could you please tell me the version you are using and the exact resolution of your screen?
I'm using Clipit 1.4.1 from the Lubuntu standard repositories. My screen resolution is 1024x600. I'm using an Acer Aspire One AO255, if that helps you any.
Let me know if you need any other information.
Like I said, issue has been fixed in ac13812d83347bf43f67985062fc6b810056f590, which belongs to the 1.4.2 release. Upgrade to 1.4.2 and the problem should be gone.
Thank you. Which repository can I load so that I'm updated to the new version? Or should I just install 1.4.2 manually?

This is an extremely minor problem, as using the Alt key will allow me to access all of the window contents and buttons, but it is something that I would like to see addressed.
When I click on "Manage History," the window that pops up is too tall for the buttons to be seen at the bottom of the window. Here's a screenshot to explain. http://i.imgur.com/3JcOT.png
When I try to resize the window, I cannot resize it to be any smaller vertically.
