I used an older version of clipit for a long time but debian testing removed it, so I had to compile my own version (with gtk3).
With this version I have two major problems:
In the popup (the one you access with the history hotkey there is no visual separation between the "normal" entries and the static ones. The old version I am used to had a separator and I find that useful for quick orientation. Currently all entries look exactly the same and there is no telling which one in static and which is not.
The major problem I have is that in this menu there is an entry "Remove all" - again formatted exactly like the other entries (I am used to access the last entry as a specific static entry). First of all I NEVER want to remove entries via this dialog (there is a specialized dialog for editing the history) and secondly even if I wanted it I would only want to remove the non-static entries. I define static entries for a reason - to always have them. For me this entry is completely useless and hinders my quick orientation in the popop.
Would it be possible to either change the behaviour accordingly or to make it configurable so that I can have a separator between the static and the non-static entries and remove the "Remove all" entry?

Many thanks!
