[Enhancement] Allow drag and drop of MEJ People journal entries #5

This module looks amazing and I would very much like to use it. However, currently, it only supports dragging and dropping actors, which means that I can't use NPCs that only have journal entries (the "People" subcategory from Monk's Enhanced Journal). Not every NPC is going to have an actor -- in fact, I'd say most NPCs won't unless the GM anticipates using hem in combat. Support for MEJ journals (and core journals containing images) would be great.

With release 3.4.0, I have added support for journal entries to be drag & dropped (both core entries as well as MEJ entries). If there is something that I have missed, do not hesitate to tell me, otherwise I will consider this issue complete and will be closing it in the near future.
