Mouse not being able to be used when opening IMGUI Menu #1

Hello, cool menu. I wanted to see how GTA 5 functions so i can create a menu myself. But when i open the IMGUI Menu, it wont allow me to use the mouse. Its stuck in the middle. Do you happen to know whats causing it? I tried fixing it myself already but couldnt get a fix working.

Sorry now i can't fix your problem , i'll send you the answer the fast as possible. I'm too busy studying for Computer Engeenering. I'll give you the solution. If you wanna add/fix something, we are happy for that , the code could be written better, we just implemented something that works it could be optimized.
