Virtual's online website is unable to create new projects #2

Hi! I've encountered a similar problem too. I loaded a .fasta file of re-oriented contigs. I followed the recommended format (no spaces in phange names). However, the "Run Viridic" is not enabled when I hover over the button. Please refer to the attachment.

user name and project name must 6 or more characters,please check carefuly
