Vampyrium not initializing, no effect on gameplay #106

Describe the bug vampyrium has what appears to be 0 effect on my game apart from a active effect entitled vampirism which details the blood potency which is at 0 and feeding level which is also at 0 and does not appear to be affected by feeding or killing enemies via spell etc etc i have started 2 fresh games to see if it would change it. also apparently there's supposed to be a config book but i can find nothing of the sort

still no book but pars of the mod are available ie:sanctus vampir area and perk area but i havent gotten single level

cant gain bloodpoints or progress tword a perk point
