Slightly lower skill req to learn spells #14

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. You can't learn spells of a new tier until you reach the hard skill cap: Apprentice (25), Adept (50), Expert (75), Master (100).

Describe the solution you'd like Lowering the required skill would be less frustrating for quest requirements (i.e. Master level spell quests only require 90 skill, the new Mage Guild quests requiring 50 skill for the first quest).

Is there already a mod that could solve this? Spell tutor already allows you to modify the required skill to learn a new tier of spells. Just need to change it in the ini or mcm recorder. Players can change it themselves but might not know where to look.

Describe alternatives you've considered Just 10 less skill required would make it much less of a grind to learn new spell tiers. Apprentice (15), Adept (40), Expert (65), Master (90).

Additional context I hear cats prefer lower skill requirements too.

Okay, updated the Spell Tutor and Grimoire mcms to fix the issue of duplicate spell tomes when you learn a spell. Also set Spell Tutor to 100% chance to learn a spell in case people just wanted vanilla spell learning and lowered the requirements by 10 per tier to be more reasonable. Especially master spells shouldn't take till 100 to learn.

Grimoire's mastery was changed from 100 casts to 20.
