Describe the bug
Found some places where there are landscape bugs. I've gone through and consolidated all of the current reports to one file with screenshots and save files.

Floating flag and torches at tower where first dragon is fought.

Frozen Hearth in Winterhold one of the tables is shifted over leaving the stuff on the table floating.

The counter at the alchemist in Winterhold vanishes when you get close, because there's some terrain floating above it.
