Describe the bug
Whenever turning into a werewolf, your armor gets unequipped, which when working with bandoliers, drastically lowers your carry weight and causes you to be over-encumbered.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Turn into a werewolf with high carry weight due to bandoliers, and being near your max.
Expected behavior
Have your carry weight carry over, or just increase it drastically while in werewolf form.
