Describe the bug The Stranger from Destroy the Dark Brotherhood - Enhanced mod doesn't show up in the Dead Man's Drink tavern in Falkreath

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Complete Innocence Lost
  2. Sleep
  3. Kill Astrid to start "Destroy the Dark Brotherhood!"
  4. Talk to a guard to claim your 200 gp reward
  5. Wait a couple of days
  6. Get "Stranger's letter" from the courier
  7. Go to the Dead Man's Drink in Falkreath (quest marker shows on the door)

Expected behavior The Stranger shows up to continue the quest. There should potentially be a quest marker on him

Additional context Apparently other users on the Nexus have had this problem when using Falkreath enhancer mods such as Great City of Falkreath.
