Terrible Shimmering #83

Describe the bug Whenever I load the game, everything is jittery/shimmering. In places like outside honeymead along the walk to whiterun, this is so bad it seems like the world is shaking. Its especially bad with objects and plants, while the ground is less shimmery, just shaky. Tree leaves are constantly flashing in and out of existence. Overall, its a seizure inducing nightmare.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Literally just play the game.

Expected behavior For it not to be seizure inducing.

Save GitHub doesnt support ESS files.

Additional context I've tried everything I could find to fix this: Changing NVIDIA settings, changing INI settings, changings in game TAA and supersampling, changing out of game supersampling, enabling sharpeners, disabling sharpeners, and so much more. Most recently I uninstalled Skyrim, and Yggdrasil, reinstalled them with no extra changes, and there's no difference.

Are you using OpenComposite and or VR Perf Kit? I had terrible shimmering with VR Perf Kit But it's not a bug from the modlist directly it's from you VR settings somewhere

I don't have either of those, unless they come installed in the modlist that is. I've changed most of the VR settings, but nothing gives. Any ideas?
