Updated Contracker Font

Made health font larger larger on Linux, as it was quite small before

Changed the contractor font, as it wasn't even working on the Windows version and for language compatibility

Hi. Sorry it took a while. Comparing the results, I don't quite see the benefit of doing the font change on the Contracker. If anything it makes the font smaller on other languages (screenshot in Russian below). The font looks to render fine in both Windows and Linux in English and other languages fine as-is.
