Update Localization Files #452

The following flawhud/resource/chat_*.txt files need to be localized to their intended language.


Only the following text strings need to be translated:

For Brazilian Portuguese:

FH_viewmodel_min and FH_viewmodel_fov you can leave them untranslated and they will be fine. FH_voice_volume you can translate as VOLUME DA VOZ.

A little reminder to remove the "TODO"s from chat_brazilan.txt.
