Also changed filter_joinleave and chat_say* to use imperative like the base English version of the game.
Didn't touch 'viewmodel' (or the abbreviations HUD and FOV) since I don't know of any proper translation for them to Dutch. HUD and FOV should be clear enough if you've played any other games before anyway.
