Switch to pypi release of pyqtgraph instead of development branch
Switch to pypi release of python-dvr instead of bespoke branch
Tested for two nights on uk0006 - Pi4/python 3.7. No issues.
Also tested on my windows 10pc. No issues.
Basic capture test done on Py3 / Python 2.7. No issues
Essential changes are in SkyFit2.py and requirements.txt
Small nonessential change in Misc.py to check python version rather than use exception handling to load tk.
