Capture failure on newly install RMS standard image #189

On a new install on a Pi, of the standard image capture failed to start, apparently missing some libraries.

I believe this was because the clock sync had not yet completed, although the internet connection was available. Because the real time clock was not set correctly, the ssh download of various required files failed, possibly near to

Closing - this was caused by a network configuration problem, resolution of this problem is not related to RMS.
