I tried to use this feature but my droyp down list did not get populated. Did it work for you? Can you help me out please.
48|ID|post_title|post_author
The select/dropdown list comes blank for me.. Below are snapshots of my querybuilder amd form settings
Well, I'm back, almost a year later.
I guess I took pity on myself because this is now the 3rd result in google for "get values list from jetengine query" 😅
I just solved my new problem with my old GitHub issue...
Guys! I have found the solution. It took me awhile but here it is:
The query ID you have to use is not the query ID in red. It is the unique query ID that shows in the URL when you open your Jetengine query to edit it. IT TOOK ME FOREVER TO FIGURE IT OUT ! Logically, they should have made it in such a way that the query in red is the value taken and not the one in green. facepalm
So, for the jetform builder, use the query ID that shows in the URL NOT THE ONE that shows in the edit query. Thus, in my case in the jetform in field name I will enter : 952|ID|post_title|post_author
Help? How to I display checkbox custom field meta in a front end form?
Please take pity on your users and link out to some documentation for this field:
I would never have figured this out in a million years without this article:
