Add a bar to type and filter like ajax search on select
Add a option to choose more than one option in a selection, like i have 10 categories and a post can fit 2 categories... i know i can do that with radio or checkbox fields but if we have like 100 categories or 50 categories isnt pratical
or even make like wordpress do in posts originally, a height field with all tags listed and u can select them...
