Profile Builder / User registration form: Admin approve and email verification option for new user registrations

We are using your JetEngine Profile Builder and Forms to register new users and giving them the option to update their profiles. Unfortunately we were facing a lot of spam registrations on our website in the last days. We are using reCaptcha v3 in the forms so we think that these might not be bot registrations.

It would be great to have an admin approval and an email verification (users must verifiy their email address by clicking on a link within the verification email) for new user registrations with Profile Builder / JetForms.

Or if you do not want to integrate this functionality maybe you can support existing plugins and provide these integration on your knowledge base / help center.
