more mobile friendly for je woobuilder cart table widget. #5141

cart table does not have a good mobile UI right now and is very extensive. While it can be much simpler and more beautiful. I think it's not bad if in this year the UI of this important widget is slightly improved. Great on desktops, but very bad on tablets and mobiles. The image below is a great example of a cart table on mobile and tablet.
