a bug about meta fields and form in get engine #6260

Hello I put 12 meta fields for users by Jet Engine plugin. I designed a form for them. This form is designed by Jet Engine form builder plugin. The fields of this form include a check box of the months of the year and 12 conditional fields that by selecting each month, the field of that month will be displayed for the user. The user selects the month in this form and that month is displayed for him. The problem is that after entering the information of each month by the user, the information of other months is lost. thanks a lot.

We want site users to register their monthly hours of activity. With Jet Engine plugin, we put 12 meta fields for each user.

Also, with this plugin, we created a form that includes 12 months.

The user enters the value of his activity through this form.

This form is conditioned. The user selects the month by a check box and the field of that month is displayed for him.

The problem is that by registering the information of each month, the information of other months will be zero.
