Native SMS Integration for Booking and Appointments

In a world of appointments and bookings, confirmations and reminders are not only a vital part of the process, but expected by users. SMS confirmations and reminders an integral part of that workflow. Croco's JetAppointment and JetBooking plugins don't have an integrated feature to perform this function.

I know there is a Zapier based solution, but that is temporary at best. Your coopetitors, like Amelia, have an integrated solution for SMS confirmation and reminders.

Any plans to add this feature to the Croco arsenal?

Hi. I am just a new crocoblocks user so have nothing directly to say. But I too need SMS capability. Until an api function is added to crocoblock you might try what I am doing. https://www.clicksend.com/ has an email and SMS sending system. The price is pretty good and best part is that you send sms exactly like you are sending an email. They also have an api and web based interface, so pretty flexible. Thanks for sharing! I've been trying to rig a snippet/plugin together to bridge Jet Appointments with Twilio, but today I ran into an integration tool on AppSumo Bit Integration Pro. IT has specific integrations for JetEngine and Jet Form Builder! I just purchased a lifetime license for it, but haven't tried it out much, yet. It does, however, require AppSumo+ membership to purchase.

Hello, i try to set up SMS too. I want, when someone order a room or car, they get a SMS automatic. Also a SMS to he/she allready has ordered not to us as admin. If u have do it before, please guide us short how u did. Thank u
