When updating JetSearch to 3.1.0, the Site health section displays an active PHP and a Rest API errors.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Update JetSearch to version 3.1.0
Go to Wordpress Site Health section
Verify the errors as per below screenshot.
Expected behavior
Update to 3.1.0 and Site Health not showing the below errors.

Additional context
When downgrading back to JetSearch 3.0.3 the Site Health errors do not show anymore, clearly indicating version 3.1.0 is causing the issues.
