Fixed some grammar in #notes as well as the spell overlay loading from user uvar.

New features: !map -mapload - Load a map from either the preset list or users own created maps saved in uvar: mapBackgrounds !map maplist - Show preset list as well as any user created maps that can be loaded !map -mapview - Allow a user to zoom into the map by determining the top-left corner of the window as well as size. Example - !map -mapview f9:5x5 !map reset - Whenever a user set the mapsize it saves that size in a uvar labeled mapSize(Channel ID). Then if a user uses the -mapview feature and wants to zoom out back to the original size they set. Updated description for !map ? as well as fixed some grammar in the description !map -silent - Allows a user to update the notes of any target combatant or map background options, size or image without displaying the image in the embed if it is used as the last argument.
