Added features and bug fix

Added feature: -loadjson (url) - Adds json link. Can add more then one and appends. -loadjson none - Clears all loaded json files -deletejson (url) - Deletes individual json file

Updated Feature -wall (cordinate)[,color] - Added ability to choose color when adding individual walls -savebattle - Saves now loaded json files -loadbattle - Loads everything plus json files -mapsize none - Clears the set mapsize to mapDefaults -mapsize json - Sets to string JSON so the json files can determine size

Bug fix -deleteview - Now does not require exact spelling of saved preset -loadbattle - Now can load a battle if there weren't any combatants when saving battle. It will load all the map info but won't load combatant info until all the combatants are in initiative and will let you know which ones needs to be added.
