Retrait des en-têtes de copyright / licence

Conformément à ce que l'on s'était dit au téléphone en Juin, les en-tête type:

… Ne sont plus à jour, compliqués à maintenir et pas forcément utiles. On s'autorise donc à les supprimer au fur et à mesure. (l'historique git joue le rôle de savoir qui a contribué à quelle partie du code).

Il faudrait dans ce cas ajouter un fichier CONTRIBUTORS.txt
