Rework for October 26th update

New update, new breakages. Blocks gifting, super reactions, billing info, profile settings ads, "falloween" ad, removes microtransaction buttons, the lot.

Might be missing some previous things that were blocked, I'm not in any Discord guilds, so the best I could do was create an empty guild and see if there were any microtransaction buttons, which there weren't in my testing. Let me know if it's missing anything.

I will push, that code just need to make some edit to block other elements (merch button in settings, nitro icon for server, video call ads)
