In the same way that the main CronCat website was breaking because of entries that have no business case, the same thing is happening in a breaking way to the agent.
This pull request updates addresses and changes the Archway testnet chain ID, which is causing new agents to completely break the agent.
In the future, we won't be adding in networks that only increase surface area and have a known history to break things. This has caused p0 needs affecting 2/3 of the core properties of CronCat. (The smart contracts being the only one unaffected.)
