FR6: Accept multiple files as input

Story: As a pyWhat user, I want the app to be able to take multiple files as input so that I can input more than 1 files one time.
Acceptance criteria:
1.The app can take multiple inputs.
2.The app can correctly output the results for multiple inputs.
