FR 4: Creating a GUI Interface

Priority: Must have
Story: As a pyWhat user, instead of a command line tool I want a GUI interface to better use pywhat. It makes using the tool easier.
Acceptance criteria:
1. A functioning GUI tool that takes user input and outputs the pywhat parsed result.
