Hey,

I have some questions about the Asterisk Projekt.

Are you getting the Peers Information over SNMP?

Can you descripte step by step where to put those files on the server and how to setup check_mk host?

Hi. I think despite the message at https://github.com/Crosenhain/check_mk_checks/blob/master/asterisk/checks/asterisk_peers#L32, it's actually being monitored through a CheckMK Agent plugin.

The author probably pasted the code from a different check that did use SNMP.

If you install CheckMK and copy https://github.com/Crosenhain/check_mk_checks/blob/master/asterisk/agent_plugin/asterisk into the agent plugins directory on the server (for me it's /usr/lib/check_mk_agent/plugins/), then it should be included in the agent output.

The Python scripts in the check/ folder would need to go on the main CheckMK/OMD server somewhere. I can't remember where off the top of my head, but it looks pretty standard for a CheckMK plugin.
