Have to establish boundary for what is expected at discovery profile level and what is delegated to the provenance profile extension. Update content model section in the cdif book

In particular, inclusion of information about instruments, sensors, platforms, software algorithms is added. Proposed solution in Dagstuhl discussion is to use prov properties.
