Tokens and roles #41

Update tokens to include roles and update JWT scopes needed for operations. Also update scopes of standard roles.

The overview of the updated scopes for the standard roles can be found in services/auth/src/database/dataSource.ts. If any questions arise around the naming scheme or if something is wrong/missing please let me know.
