Moved source attribute selection logic to global script method and refactored current use cases.
Implemented PivotBusinessRule entity stereotype including BaseClassifierMapping criterion with attributes and logic.
Created pivot business rule in ExampleDWH model.
Created manual for pivot business rule and update toolbox image.
Removed unused Entity criterion and forms.
Updated models named path to MDDE_EXT_MODELS (so EXAMPLE can be used by the EXAMPLE repo).
