Added aggregate functionality to extension.

@RijnbergenN I was expecting a pull request for handling float data types :). This is a bit more, which is great!

We might need some alignment on the new stereotype before we can merge into the main. Also a manual part on aggregate business rules need to be written.

Yea lets align! although this is working for me there might be better ways ;) I will work on the manual next week👍

As discussed we won't be merging this aggregate business rule as is. I will park it for now and in the future we might refactor it to the window function block.
