I just wanted to know is this project is obsolete , Any plans for up up-gradation or we should now use in latest projects.

don't think so. I did fork and uploaded new nuget based on my changes that works with AndroidX https://www.nuget.org/packages/Kosvo.Plugin.FileUploader/
