add mermaid graph support #26

Add option to render mermaid Markdown blocks as graphs with sphinxcontrib.mermaid (m2r_use_mermaid, default: auto)

LGTM, gonna merge and create deploy MR. I'm adding a simple test there and see where/how to document what auto means.
