Add option to open search window / main window near mouse

Solution

Adding a toggle in the settings to cause the search / main window to spawn at the mouse location when the respective hotkey is pressed. This makes it much easier to quickly move the mouse to the pasteboard options.

Alternatives

The current alternative is just moving the mouse further which isn't the end of the world, but it is just a much less convenient than having the info/selections right where you are looking and clicking.

Changing the window position might not be an elegant solution and would increase the complexity of window management.

Perhaps this would be more elegant: Use a hotkey to bring up the main search window, then control pasteboard selection directly through the mouse scroll wheel (regardless of where the mouse cursor is positioned). Clicking the scroll wheel button would trigger quick paste.
