[Phoenix Pro] Devices print error about being unlicensed when code starts #63

When code first starts up, each device using phoenix pro features will print an error about being unlicensed, even though they are all on a CANivore network licensed for 2024. This will only happen once and then it won't print the message again until code is restarted.

Is this error print incorrect? If so, it's a bit confusing if pro features are working even though all the prints say they won't be.

Looks like we were running old firmware. Issue resolved after updating
